建議用途
適用于水性樹(shù)脂體系:如水性丙烯酸酯、水性聚氨酯及合成橡膠乳液等。交聯(lián)作用可提高涂層的附著力,強(qiáng)度及硬度等。
使用方法
交聯(lián)劑的添加量一般為樹(shù)脂體系的3~5%(特殊情況下可加入1~10%),客戶應(yīng)根據(jù)自身工藝需要進(jìn)行測(cè)試確定。
應(yīng)采用機(jī)械攪拌的形式進(jìn)行充分混合。
混合后應(yīng)在適用期內(nèi)用完。適用期一般為幾個(gè)小時(shí)。但因被添加的主體的化學(xué)組成有較大差異,客戶應(yīng)自行測(cè)試其適用期。
包裝儲(chǔ)存
包裝規(guī)格為4x5Kg塑桶、25Kg襯塑鐵桶以及用戶指定包裝。
放置于涼爽、通風(fēng)、干燥的地方。產(chǎn)品對(duì)潮氣十分敏感,與水反應(yīng)會(huì)形成二氧化碳和不溶性的脲。因此包裝容器必須良好密封。應(yīng)避免其與濕氣、溶劑和潮濕容器中的水分反應(yīng)。產(chǎn)品自出廠之日起6個(gè)月內(nèi)使用效果最佳。
Hydrophilic Crosslinker for Two-Component Systems Specification
Suggested Application KL-302 is suitable for hydrophilic resins, such as water-based acrylate resins, polyurethane resins, and synthetic rubber emulsion, and it favors to improve adhesion, tensile strength, and hardness of the cured resins. Typical Application In general, the dosage of KL-302 is about 3~5% of the total curing system (special cases can be added to 1~10%). Customers shall have a test according to their own needs to determine the optimized addition amount. Mechanical agitation is necessary for a well-mixing effect. After mixing, the coating systems should be used in its pot life, usually of several hours. However, due to the great differences lie in chemical composition among resin systems, customers should have a self-testing to ascertain the actual pot life. Packaging & Storage Available in25 Kgplastic drums, 4x5 Kgplastic drums, or specified packing requests of customers. Place in cool and dry place with adequate ventilation. KL-302 is very sensitive to moisture, and can easily react with water, leading to the formation of carbon dioxide and insoluble urea. Therefore, the packaging container must be well sealed to avoid the unexpected reaction derived from water of moisture, solvent, and wet container, etc. The crosslinker should be consumed within 6 months to achieve the best using effect. |
